US-based Ecosentials is set to expand the distribution of its Vitamin Squeeze Liquid and Powder Water Enhancers to over 800 SUPERVALU stores across the US from March 2013.

The retail chains that carry water enhancer products include Cub Foods, Acme Markets, Farm Fresh Food & Pharmacy and Albertsons.

Based on their store's format, each retailer will carry up to eight Vitamin Squeeze stock-keeping units.

Vitamin Squeeze Water Enhancer is produced in Multi-Vitamin, Energy and Weight Control formulas with zero calories, carbohydrates, glycemic index and sugar.

Vitamin Squeeze has 120% of a day's vitamin C requirement as well as 100% of vitamins B3, B5, B6 and B12 and 50% of vitamin D per serving in addition to electrolytes, zinc and chromium per serving, claims the company.

Ecosentials founder and CEO and Vitamin Squeeze maker Bill McKay said that with this partnership SUPERVALU will serve Vitamin Squeeze to all its customers.

"We have patents pending covering our novel powder dispensing squeeze bottle that allows consumers to customize flavor and nutrients," McKay added.

"We have used this technology to introduce the first of its kind all-natural powder water enhancer, which will fill a large, unmet consumer and retailer need."
