Agency warning on lead in Pascalite powder

Core Tip: The Food Standards Agency is today issuing a warning about the levels of lead in Pascalite powder in batches from Pascalite Inc, which may be bought on the internet.
warningThe US Food and Drug Administration has issued a recall by Pascalite Inc of some of its internal use products because of high levels of lead found in certain batches.

Products recalled in US

• Pascalite Powder sizes 8oz, 16oz, 5lb, and 25lb with lot numbers imprinted or handwritten including: 2010M; and D10 through 12 with a noted OT,U,V, or W. The code information is found on the bottom of the product.

• Pascalite tooth powder (Pesca-Dent), packaged in a semitransparent flexible 6oz bottle with a flip-top for dispensing. Lot numbers imprinted or hand written include: 2010M; and D10 through 12 with a noted OT,U,V, or W. The code information is found on the bottom of the product.

• Pascalite Capsules 100 count, packaged in a white plastic bottle with a screw-on top. Lot numbers imprinted or handwritten include: 2010M; and D10 through 12 with a noted OT,U,V, or W. The code information is found on the bottom of the product.
