Paardekoope Group announces that it has reached agreement with Clondalkin Group about the purchase of all the shares of Van der Windt Group. The takeover will now formally be submitted for the approval of the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMA).
With 380 FTE’s the Paardekooper and Van der Windt combination realises annual sales of approximately €250 million in various markets, including retail, foodservice, industry, horticulture and agriculture.
