Easyday chain to offer special food items to mark Navratra festivities

Core Tip: The easyday chain of retail stores, owned and operated by Bharti Retail Ltd, is offering farm fresh produce and a wide variety of `Navratra Special’ food items to mark the festival of Navratra starting April 11, 2013.
According to a press release issued by the company, apart from fruits and vegetables, customers can avail of specially made Navratra potato wafers, sabudana snacks, roasted peanuts and banana chips on all the nine days. The items will be available across all easyday Stores in Delhi-NCR region, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Jammu.

Fruits and vegetables on offer at significantly reduced price include banana, mango, papaya, cucumber, coconut, apple, pomegranate, tomato, potato, arvi (Colocasia), pumpkin and bottle gourd. Coconut has been priced at Rs 10 per piece and pumpkin at 10 per kg.
