Upon request from the European Commission, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published Peer review of the pesticide risk assessment for bees for the active substance fipronil. The review of the active substance fipronil follows the EU’s recent ban of certain neoninotinoids, which may be harmful be bees.
