Core Tip: Dutch Farms responds to customer demands and latest food trends with introduction of the new Dutch Farms Deli Reserve cheese line.
Dutch Farms, a Midwest dairy company, celebrates its 25th anniversary and announces the launch of its new Deli Reserve cheese. This line extension consists of two sets of items: Shingle packs sold in the "Grab and Go" deli case and Bulk Cheese sold behind the deli counter. The new Deli Reserve line of cheese provides shoppers with authentic "Delicatessen-styled" cheeses for restaurant-quality sandwiches made at home.

This line specifically addresses consumer demand for exciting make-at-home meal choices. Shoppers have increasingly sophisticated tastes and food knowledge. The advent of prime time food programming and the proliferation of celebrity chefs is playing out in today's grocery aisles. Dutch Farms new Deli Reserve addresses this shift in consumer taste.

Shingle Packs

Deli Reserve shingle packs are sold in 8 oz. "Grab n' go" durable, re-closable deli packages. The cheese, made in Wisconsin, aged, premium, and all-natural, is the finest quality cheese Dutch Farms has brought to market. Shoppers have the choice between several Delicatessen-styled flavors (Gouda, Provolone, Baby Swiss, NY X-Sharp, Deluxe American, and Muenster).

Bulk Cheese

Deli Reserve bulk cheese (loaves and horns) is sold behind the deli counter and sliced to order. The cheese, made in Wisconsin, is all natural with NO preservatives, and is available in a variety of flavors (Reserve Muenster, Brick, Colby, Pepper Jack, Mild Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Provolone). It is priced competitively and is made from a winning "World Cheese Maker's Competition" recipe.
