In South Africa, attacks on foreign businesses are spreading throughout the country and authorities appear powerless to stop them. Shop keepers from Zimbabwe and Ethiopia are among those targetted. In the Johannesburg township of Diepsloot, where thousands of migrants live and work, rebuilding has begun after shops were recently burnt down.
