Pinacle Enterprise, a technology and health holding company, has purchased US-based bottled water producer Alkame Water.
With this acquisition, Alkame becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinacle and enters into the $50bn global consumer bottled water sector.
Alkame distributes alkaline, antioxidant and oxygenated bottled water with a patented technology and patented formula that restructures water allowing for ultra-hydration, which improves health through.
The company holds distributorship rights to market and sell bottled water in the US, Canada and Mexico.
The company's water ispacked in bottles that are produced from 100% recyclable material and are Bisphenol A (BPA) free.
Alkame Water CEO Robert Eakle said: "I am overjoyed to bring our technologically advanced water to market, aiding health and vitality to consumers across the nation."
