Berry and apple puree (age 9-10 months)

Ingredients


• 2 Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats
• 1/2 cup (125ml) formula
• 1 cup (125g) fresh or frozen mixed berries

Method

1. Place the apple, oats, milk and berries in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until apple is tender.
2. Use a fork or potato masher to mash until almost smooth. Serve warm.
