Cool Mountain Beverages, a US-based gourmet sodas manufacturer, is set to expand its soda line distribution to Singapore and Malaysia in Asia.
The company's sodas are made using pure cane sugar and caffeine free ingredients.
Cool Mountain Beverages has partnered with marketing and distribution company FGX International to foray into the Singapore market.
FGX International spokesman GuiXiang Fong said that the key reason for FGX International to seek out Cool Mountain beverages for distribution in the Singapore and Malaysia market is that it believes Cool Mountain is an established soda beverage in the US.
"And, in view of the stagnated soda/carbonated drinks market in Singapore, (with only the few brands and types available at this moment) we believe the introduction of Cool Mountain will certainly provide a better alternative to the consumer here," Fong added.
Established in 1997, Cool Mountain Beverages markets beverage flavors that are bottled under franchisee and licensing agreements across the US and sold worldwide.
FGX International and Cool Mountain are set to participate in the World Food Fair at the Singapore Expo scheduled to be held from 5 September - 8 September.
