The facility is capable of producing more than 400 million liters of milk a year in the first phase and excess of 800 million liters in the second phase.
The facility is also equipped with state-of-the-art technology provided by Sweden Tetra Pak Corporation.
The equipment is being used for the first time in Vietnam and Asia.
On this occasion, Vinamilk gave 150,000 fresh milk packets worth VND1 billion ($ 47,430) to the National Nutrition Institute. These packets have been manufactured in the state-of-the-art production assembly line and will be supplied to children in ten provinces with the highest rate of malnutrition in the country.
