Waitrose has announced the appointment of Maria Elener to its eight-strong wine buying team.
Having worked for Waitrose Wine Direct since June, Elener also worked as a buyer for the Co-operative and in the Tastings & Events Team at The Wine Society, before joining the Waitrose wine buying team in September.
Elener has worked in the wine business since 1995, when she joined Majestic on their graduate trainee scheme.
