The Kesko Group’s sales, excluding VAT, in August 2013 totalled €825.3 million, down 6.5%.
In Kesko’s food trade, sales in August were €378.4 million, a decrease of 3.1% compared to the previous year. In August, the number of delivery days was one less than in the previous year.
In August 2013, the number of selling days in Kesko’s wholesale in Finland was 22, which was one less than in the previous year. The total number of selling days in January-August was one less than in the previous year. The number of retail selling days in August was 31, which was the same as in the previous year. The total number of retail selling days in January-August was one less than in the previous year.
