Boyd's Coffee, a US-based manufacturer of coffee roasters and processing equipment, has entered into an exclusive wholesale distribution partnership with Brazen by Behmor.
Under the partnership, Boyd's Coffee will distribute Brazen coffee brewer that uses technology previously only available in commercial brewers.
Brazen coffee brewer features include, variable temperature, power-controlled temperature glide, full-saturation water-dispersion spray head, pre-soak function with user-controlled time setting, stainless steel water reservoir, insulated stainless steel carafe, manual water release feature with auto-timer and memory (on board) that stores system settings.
The coffee brewer also has a patent-pending feature that allows temperature calibrations with altitude correction for greater accuracy.
Brazen inventor Joseph Behm said that the Brazen is the only coffee brewer that combines modern electronics and controls with a new water delivery system to give users the ability to brew a cup of coffee with the superior taste profile of a manual pour over.
"Not all coffees should be brewed at the same temperature, and that is why I developed a variable temperature coffee brewer," added Behm.
Brazen has received the People's Choice Award for Best New Product at the 2012 Specialty Coffee Association of America trade show.
