Britvic Licensed Wholesale is set to hire 20 new employees, following the signing of two new distribution agreements for Findlater Wines and Walkers Snacks in Ireland.

Under the terms of the agreement with Findlater Wine & Spirit Group, the company will distribute wine brands, including Wolf Blass, Torres and Cono Sur, reported The Irish Times.

Britvic will also distribute Walkers Snacks, which is owned by PepsiCo.

Meanwhile, the company will rebrand to Counterpoint.

Counterpoint managing director Finbarr O'Doherty was quoted by The Irish Times as saying, "The licensed trade in Ireland has undergone radical change in recent years and we are evolving our business to successfully compete in this new trading environment."

Britvic Licensed Wholesale currently distributes packaged beers, including Heineken, Carlsberg, Budweiser, Becks and Coors Light brands.
