Retail Agency Launches Bespoke Packaging Division

Core Tip: True Story, the 80-strong creative agency for retailers and brands, has launched a dedicated packaging division housing its brand and packaging capability.
Best known for its work with retailers such as Boots, Wilko and DFS, True Story creates store concepts, visual merchandising, retail campaigns and
communication for any step on the customer journey. Branding and packaging has long been part of this, working across the spectrum from original concept to
range refresh, from complex multi-sku ranges through to capsule collections and one-offs.

The agency, which also has its own brand White Hot, is now introducing a dedicated packaging division to focus on this discipline for clients. True Story Managing Director and White Hot Founder Jayne Mayled said: “With a team made up of brand managers and retail marketers alongside exceptional creative talent, we have real insight into what’s needed to make a product proposition appealing to its target audience.
