Jack in the Box is highlighting “better-for-you” additions to its breakfast offerings, starting with a new egg white and turkey breakfast sandwich.
The sandwich features egg whites, grilled turkey, fresh sliced tomato and American cheese served on a classic bun. The new sandwich joins Jack in the Box's list of breakfast options under 300 calories, coming in at 250 calories and only 6 grams of fat.
“Jack in the Box is very excited about offering better for you options for our guests to enjoy,” said Iwona Alter, vice president of Menu Strategy & Innovation. “Our fans are looking for alternatives to their everyday Jack in the Box favorites, and it’s important to us to provide them with the variety of delicious options they crave.”
Also starting Dec. 30, diners may customize all of Jack in the Box’s breakfast sandwiches to include egg whites at no additional cost.
San Diego, Calif.-based Jack in the Box operates and franchises more than 2,200 restaurants in 21 states. The company also operates and franchises Qdoba Mexican Grill, a fast-casual dining concept with approximately 600 restaurants in 46 states, the District of Columbia and Canada.
