Jack in the Box, a US-based restaurant chain, has expanded its Real Fruit Smoothies line with the addition of a new smoothie - Piña Colada Smoothie - to its menu for the summer 2013.
Piña Colada Smoothie is a blend of Minute Maid fruit juice and nonfat frozen yogurt offered in 16oz and 24oz sizes in tropical piña colada flavor.
This new smoothie joins the restaurant chain's line of Real Fruit Smoothies, including Mango, Strawberry and Strawberry Banana.
Jack in the Box menu strategy division vice president Iwona Alter said: "Jack in the Box offers a lot of variety when it comes to beverages, and for guests looking for a refreshing drink that's rich in flavor and lighter than one of our Real Ice Cream Shakes, Fruit Smoothies are a great choice."
Besides smoothies, the restaurant chain offers a wide range of beverages, including shakes, iced teas, coffees, juices, carbonated soft drinks and bottled water.
The company currently operates more than 2,200 restaurants in 21 US states.
