Oskar Blues Brewery, a US-based brewery, is set to expand the distribution of its beers to new markets in the US in 2014.

During the first quarter, the company will re-introduce its beers to Idaho in collaboration with Craig Stein Beverage; Minnesota through Original Gravity group of distributors; Kansas, Nevada and Delaware, along with increased distribution in southern Alabama.

This move by the brewery follows 37% (32,000 bbls) production increase in 2013 and the addition of Michigan and Indiana.

In late summer of 2013, the company also expanded its distribution footprint in Central California, Eastern North Carolina along with Tennessee and Kentucky.

Besides this, the company has appointed Lou Romano as national sales director and promoted Chris Russell to business development director for the expansion in 2014.

Oskar Blues Brewery packaged 59,000 bbls in 2011 and doubled the production to more than 119,000 bbls in 2013.
