Epicurex LLC Partners with Lone Star Distribution

Epicurex LLC, thOrganic Coconut Water Cocoziae manufacturer of 100 percent Organic Coconut Water Cocozia, has announced a distribution partnership with Lone Star Distribution to distribute the natural beverage throughout United States (with the launch slated for Florida). According to Paul Kilbride, VP of sales at Epicurex, Lone Star Distribution will be “hugely beneficial” to Cocozia moving forward.

“We need a distribution partner that shares similar values to our own,” says Kilbride. “At the same time, we want a partner that’s well-established with solid retail connections. Taking all of that into account, we believe Cocozia will be an excellent fit in the family of products that Lone Star distributes.”

Founded in 1998, Lone Star Distribution has grown to become the nation’s second largest distributor of sports nutrition, health & wellness supplements, beverages and bars nationally and internationally. Over the years they have developed relationships with more than 6,000 gyms, health clubs, nutrition stores, online stores and specialty retailers nationwide. Their expansive network will allow Epicurex to strategically target the national health and fitness marketplace for Cocozia.

The agreement comes just as Epicurex is gearing up for a major push into the global coconut water market. In recent months the company has been solidifying its lineup of distributors which include KeHe and United Natural Foods. Both companies are known for distributing organic and all-natural products across their expansive retailer networks in the United States.

“It’s been an exciting time for Cocozia and Epicurex as a whole,” notes Kilbride. “Working with new distributors and new retailers that share our philosophy of providing only quality and healthy products to customers in the U.S.—it’s a great opportunity to collaborate and grow our products and networks.”
