The collaboration means Petainer and Canadean will work together on a series of high profile industry events, beginning with Petainer’s Silver sponsorship of Canadean’s Second Annual Soft Drinks Strategy Congress, which takes place in Barcelona from 19-20 February 2014.
Annemieke Hartman-Jemmett, Strategy Director at Petainer, will participate in the congress, delivering a presentation on the subject of innovation to an audience made up of delegates from leading drinks players including Danone, Nestlé Waters, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Ocean Spray.
Hot on the heels of this event, Canadean is set to host a webinar in the second quarter of 2014 dedicated to Petainer’s PET beer kegs business (the exact date will be announced shortly). The online event will enable Petainer to connect with brewers and explain the benefits of PetainerKeg™, its flagship range of high performance recyclable PET beer kegs.
PetainerKegs™ are lightweight beverage containers manufactured in recyclable PET, offering economic and environmental benefits when compared with metal kegs. They are available with one-way, low cost fittings that enable them to be connected to existing tapping systems for draught beer.
