Marpol, the Poland-based manufacturer of flexible packaging materials, celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2014. Established in 1994 as a producer of polyethylene films, Marpol has since expanded to become a major supplier of laminated films, shrink films and carrier bags.
In the course of the company's development it has acquired numerous quality certifications, including the the Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001:2000 Standards and HACCP System Certificate in compliance with Codex Alimentarius 1997, the Environmental Managment System Certificate in compliance with ISO 14001:2005 and the Certificate of Approval against the requirements of BRC/IoP Global Standard - Food Packaging and Other Packaging Materials.
