Kudos Blends, the leading supplier of technically driven raising agents, announced today that Brenntag North America have partnered to become the national distributor for their product in the USA. Brenntag will expand the reach of Kudos’ low sodium solutions for baked goods throughout the United States and provide quality local support to existing customers.
Brenntag North America will be responsible for the distribution of KUDOS™ Potassium Bicarbonate, a product developed as an alternative to sodium bicarbonate to aid bakers in reducing sodium content without removing salt and yet still ensuring excellent product quality. Brenntag, who supply a broad range of food ingredients and specialty additives, demonstrate local understanding, technical support and willingness to expand their knowledge of bakery ingredients.

Existing Kudos customers will continue to receive unparalleled technical support; Brenntag Food and Nutrition teams will undergo full scale training from Kudos prior to the IFT exhibition in June this year. Following this training Brenntag will work closely with the Kudos technical team and their recently enhanced laboratory facilities in the UK, to continuously expand their knowledge of bakery ingredients. Through training and ongoing joint technical meetings it will be ensured that they embark on the partnership with the technical knowledge needed to provide first class support to customers, something which is of great importance to Kudos.
