Sunmagic, a range of 100% pure fruit juice, smoothies and juice drinks, has won its first listing with The Co-operative Food, which will see its Sunmagic 100% Pure Prune Juice available across 600 Co-op convenience stores nationally.
Following the listing, the juice will be in stores from this month in a one-litre bottle format.
The bottles are priced at £2.39 per bottle, and will appeal to health-conscious consumers who are after a quality juice product.
Razin Ali, Sunmagic brand manager, said:
“We are delighted to have won a national listing in one of the UK’s largest grocery groups for our 100% Pure Prune Juice.
“The Co-operative convenience stores attract a large number of discerning families and are therefore the perfect place to showcase our juice brand which is suitable for the whole family.
“Our 100% Pure Prune Juice has a number of health benefits, such as aiding digestion due to its high fibre content.”
The new listing follows Sunmagic’s two-week radio campaign with Global Radio’s 95.8 Capital FM, to support its exclusive soft drinks partnership with the family blockbuster How to Train Your Dragon 2, which will be released in the UK & Ireland on 11 July by Twentieth Century Fox.
The How to Train Your Dragon 2 partnership is also being promoted on-pack across a selection of Sunmagic packs, with an on-pack promotion for consumers to win a trip to Dubai.
Sunmagic has also recently won new listings with Ocado, Palmer & Harvey, Bestway Group, Hancock’s, Dhamecha and B&M Retail.
The brand is now one of the most widely distributed 100% pure fruit juice, 100% pure fruit smoothie and juice drink brands in the UK, with a current retail sales value of £24m.
The company has 11 one-litre flavours available to all trade channels as well as 15 500ml variants, including two new sports-cap flavours.
