Maoam, the UK’s fastest growing fruity chew brand, is adding a new, exciting colour and flavour to its Maoam Pinballs.
For a limited time only Maoam Pinballs, with its zingly, tingly centre, will include raspberry flavour blue chew.
Hayley Johnson, Maoam marketing manager, said: “When we announced to our Facebook fans that we wanted to shake up a bag of Pinballs they told us that they would like to see a brand new colour, with 80% asking for blue.
“So we are treating consumers to raspberry flavour blue chew.
“By adding a hugely popular colour and flavour to Pinballs, which is already one of our top sellers, we know that Maoam Pinballs featuring blue chew will be a top treat this summer.”
Maoam Pinballs featuring blue chew will be available nationwide from mid-July for a three month period.
The launch will be supported by an exciting summer marketing campaign, which will include digital and social activation, PR and colourful POS to help drive sales for retailers.
Strong sales during 2013 have continued on into 2014, with a 14.5% increase in value sales for the brand, and a 24.2% increase in value sales for Pinballs.
As a result Maoam have risen to number two within the category.
