Chateau Morrisette Winery in the US has selected Athens Distributing as its distribution partner, in a move to expand its retail wine distribution to Middle Tennessee.
Under the partnership, Athens will make Chateau Morrisette's wine products available for retail sale across Tennessee counties.
Chateau Morrisette wines will continue to be available in Eastern Tennessee and will be distributed by Knoxville Beverage.
Commenting on the distribution expansion, Chateau Morrisette Winery Sales director Nicole Taylor said, "We are excited to expand our retail distribution in Tennessee, especially since we have the opportunity to offer our sweet wines just in time for summer vacations and casual gatherings with friends."
Additionally, the company plans to expand retail distribution to Western Tennessee, including Memphis, besides Chattanooga and environs is planned for later in 2014.
