In his new position, Hosford will assume responsibility for the commercial operations in Europe, Russia and CIS, Israel and North Africa with support from an international sales team which will be operated from both Birmingham in the UK and Wettringen, Germany.
Hosford joined tna in 2004 and has since held a number of key roles including sales manager for Europe.
“I’m delighted to accept the role of European Director of Sales. It’s the perfect platform to share my experience and expertise in the packaging and processing industry and help tna further expand and consolidate our operations in Central Europe. I'm looking forward to the opportunities and challenges ahead,” said Hosford.
Michael Green, managing director of tna said that Hosford is a perfect fit for role.
“With more than ten years of experience at tna Europe, James has gained valuable knowledge of our products, customers and the markets we serve. For this reason, he is the ideal candidate to head up our sales team there and we’re confident he will continue to build strong customer relationships in the region.”
