Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Inc, announced today it has engaged the professional services of Bongiovanni & Associates, PA and Green Tree Financial Group, Inc. to audit its financial statements to execute its growth plans by becoming fully reporting to the US Securities Exchange Commission.

This strategic move by AMB to meet eligibility standards aimed at improving the information available to investors will provide greater transparency through verification certified by the auditor in preparation to file a registration statement and to qualify the company to up list its shares to a venture stage marketplace such as OTC Market Group's OTCQB. Typically, becoming fully reporting and meeting eligibility standards aimed at improving the information available to investors brings with it higher levels of liquidity by attracting more brokerage firms and early stage institutional investors that desire to trade the company's shares.

Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Inc. is currently offering preferred B shares privately to accredited investors through a 506C offering registered by Form D with US SEC. Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Inc. expects to become Fully Reporting with the SEC by the end of this quarter.

"We are very excited to have taken the necessary steps to continue our long-term plans for all of the Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Inc. companies," stated Sean Spiegelman, C.E.O.

We have officially launched Farm To Flame, our Wood Fired Artisan Pizza and Stomboli food service located full-time at AMB www.f2flame.com. Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Inc. expects to be fully online with its newest division Hard Mountain Cider by the end of fourth quarter. Additionally, Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Inc. and its subsidiaries are in the process of producing a 2013/2014 Sustainability Report. It will be made available on its website once it is complete.
