mix1 Life announces that the company has entered into a distribution and management contract with Shadow Beverage.
Shadow Beverages is an accelerator of beverages and snacks through direct retail channels, a distributor network and a national food service distributor. Their sales infrastructure provides access to leading retailers and over 400,000 food service customers across the country. Their sales and distribution network will allow Mix1 to scale to a national brand quickly, and provide access to specific targeted markets with their Direct Store Delivery ("DSD") system.
