Core Tip: A new range of indulgent milk shakes is using PET bottles from RPC Containers Llantrisant to help convey their premium quality image on shelf.
Mr Sherick’s RPCShakes are the brainchild of former Marks & Spencer buyer Andrew Sherick who spotted the opportunity for a range of branded adult milk shakes, which enable both retailers and caterers to offer their customers a new pure indulgence treat.

The five-strong range of extraordinary flavours – Pot au Choc, Strawberry Pavlova, Softly Banoffee, A Hint of Mint, and Cookies & Cream - have already secured listings in Selfridges, Harrods and Waitrose, as well as being distributed by leading foodservice wholesaler 3663.

As part of creating the right experience for the consumer, the PET bottles from RPC Llantrisant offer elegance and simplicity combined with excellent clarity that allows the products to speak for themselves. Together with their attractive labels, the finished packs create a high class image to maximise on-shelf appeal and product differentiation.

At the same time, the bottles are lightweight, functional and easy to handle, making them ideal for both at home and on-the-go consumption.
“We are aiming to put a bit of magic back into the classic milkshake and believe that Mr Sherick’s Shakes will inject some new excitement and unashamed decadence into the adult soft drinks category,” explains Andrew Sherick.

“The right packaging is essential to help convey this message and the RPC bottles exactly fit the bill. We have also been very grateful for RPC’s flexibility and support from the very early stages of our development process.”
