Enterprises’ attention has rewarded the choice taken by Rimini Fiera to combine SIGEP and RHEX under the same expo “roof.” From January 23 to 27, 2016, food service trade members will have the opportunity of discovering the trends of the catering and “eating out” market, in un panorama of the products available featuring the gradual integration of the products in public venues.
At SIGEP, alongside the world’s great expo of artisan gelato, pastry and bakery production, where in which specific areas dedicated to coffee, pizza and relative technologies have grown, there are now the contents of the two halls dedicated to RHEX, which integrate and complete the proposal with further product sectors.
This is the case of the frozen food sector, in Hall D7, in which frozen produce companies (from croissant/pastry items to savoury products) have found an advantageous location.
The same advantage that companies from the catering sector have found in their Hall B7 location. There are also regional specialities, seafood and beverages.
So Rimini Fiera will offer an integrated opportunity which the market requires, from the point of view of both visitors (187,000 trade members from all over the world at the last edition) and exhibitors (the 16 halls were occupied completely), bringing together Italy’s extraordinary artisan school and products for the food service trade, trends and new formats for the catering business, through to furnishings, fitting and services.
