Food Ingredients maker Parker Products is launching a new brand with a new booth design and application concepts, which will be showcased at the 2016 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

Parker's specific line of offerings include praline nuts and bakestable candies to coatings, fillings, and fruit preps. Parker offers food companies a wide range of ingredients including flavor systems, and grind. These products can be used in several applications across the food industry from baking, dairy to confectionery, snack and beverage. Parker's ingredients intend to provide value-added tastes, textures, and visual elements to foods.

Along with improved ingredients lineup, Parker has revealed a new brand with redesigned logo and visual identity that stands for the brand's creativity and energy. Inspired by Parker's ingredients, the new logo includes an orange drop that indicates a 'drop' of flavour.

Parker Products president Gregg Hodder said: "With our new brand, we hope to better communicate the capabilities we already had.

"The new orange color suggests the creativity of our product development team, who have created exciting products like our popular agave-glazed quinoa and helped us completely eliminate PHOs from our offerings and add clean label options to our lineup. The brown color in the logo expresses the value we place on warm, friendly service."

The company has also redesigned its online portal ParkerProducts.com, which now features a more responsive design and other industrially resourceful options such as downloadable white papers, a dynamic capabilities presentation, and a trend-focused blog.

The food ingredients supplier has chosen the 2016 Winter Fancy Food Show that takes place in San Francisco from 17 to 19 January to showcase its products and to launch its new brand as the show is associated with specialty foods and creative product development.

At the show, Parker will showcase several creative application concepts using its ingredients, including peppermint latte chocolate bark, raspberry crunch mini cupcakes, and toffee crunch sugar cookies.
