In the beginning of March, kidney beans prices came down, followed by cucumber prices. Cucumber prices decreased from 6 Yuan per kilogram to 6 Yuan.

Kidney beans originate from the city of Qingzhou. The crop matures as early as March. Cucumbers originate from Shandong province are ready for harvest in April. Big supplies are expected to enter the market. Other spring vegetables will enter the market by the beginning of May.
