According to Article 45 of “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, in order to standardize the health management of employees contacting with ready-to-eat food, National Health and Family Planning Commission prepared the “List of diseases obstructing food safety”, which included the following diseases: cholera, bacillary and amoebic dysentery, typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever, virus hepatitis (Type A virus, Type E virus), active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative dermatosis.
