 According to Article 45 of “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, in order to standardize the health management of employees contacting with ready-to-eat food, National Health and Family Planning Commission prepared the “List of diseases obstructing food safety”, which included the following diseases: cholera, bacillary and amoebic dysentery, typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever, virus hepatitis (Type A virus, Type E virus), active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative dermatosis. Health and Family Planning Commission would adjust the list at the right moment according to food safety needs, prevention and control situation of related disease, etc.see details......
