MTR Foods Pvt. Ltd, a national leader of the Indian breakfast category, is introducing a first-of-its-kind range of products - Veggie Idli Mix and Veggie Vermicelli. The products, available in three variants of spinach, carrot and beetroot, have more than 40% vegetables blended into the products using breakthrough technology.

This new range is set to completely renew the breakfast category by including vegetables in one of the most important meals of the day.

Sunay Bhasin, Chief Marketing Officer, MTR Foods said, “The new Veggie Range was conceptualised and launched with the insight that parents are always looking to add vegetables to their children’s diet. Children on the other hand, do not like vegetables and resist eating them. The 40% inclusion of vegetables makes the Veggie range a delightful combination of the great taste of popular breakfast dishes like Idli and Vermicelli with the goodness of vegetables. This unique combination of great taste with the goodness of vegetables is a win-win proposition for parents and children alike. We have tremendous faith that with the launch of the Veggie range, breakfast will never be the same!”

This new range has come close on the heels of the launch of the popular Breakfast in a Cup range in February this year. MTR Veggie Range is available in Carrot, Beetroot and Spinach variants and is available in all leading stores across India starting at Rs 22.
