Bantam Bagels, New York, introduced Bantam Egg Bites, which consist of authentic New York City bagels stuffed with gourmet soft scrambled egg and cheese combinations, offering a protein-packed breakfast solution.

"Our goal is to take foods that give you that happy, cozy Saturday morning feeling and make them accessible for an everyday burst of guilt-free, easy enjoyment,” says Elyse Oleksak, co-founder.

“People are looking for protein to start their day. When it comes to protein offerings, people are forced to choose from either larger, sodium-rich frozen breakfast sandwiches, or chalky, unfulfilling bars. Our goal is to give them a delicious alternative, so they can have their bagel and protein too,” adds Nick Oleksak, co-founder.

Each Bantam Egg Bite is only 100 calories, and offers 5 grams of protein.

Bantam Egg Bites are available in:

Original. Plain bagel stuffed with soft scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.

Onion Gruyere. Plain bagel stuffed with soft scrambled eggs, Gruyere cheese, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions and thyme.

Chipotle.
Plain bagel stuffed with soft scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese and chipotle.

Veggie. Sesame bagel stuffed with soft scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, peppers, white onions and chives.

Bantam Egg Bites are sold in the frozen food aisles of Target stores nationwide.
