Greenpeace
On October 24th, Greenpeace issued “Research of pesticide residue in vegetables of 6 supermarkets in 2016”, and the result indicated that positive rates of pesticide residue in vegetables were more than 70% in 6 well-known supermarket chains including Wal-Mart, Carrefour, China Resources Vanguard and Yonghui, etc. In addition, 58% samples with excessive pesticide residues were unexpectedly high priced & competitive vegetables.
