Bösch Boden Spies will be in charge with National Pecan Company's commercialisation activities in Europe. During the SIAL international food exhibition in Paris, the German ingredient specialist and the US leading pecan producer presented their combined product range for the first time. Together, the two parties want to develop the American premium nut's European market.
The new Bösch Boden Spies pecan nut range includes whole nuts, half nuts and various grades. They can be used for a variety of purposes - snacks, cereal, chocolate, ice-cream and bakery products. In addition, their high fibre and antioxidant content can help the marketing of many products.
