National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China issued to solicit public opinions on National food safety standard project plan in 2017 (exposure draft)

According to the relevant provisions of the “Food Safety Law” and the “Measures for the administration of national food safety standard”, in order to do well in the formulation and revision of national food safety standards, we prepared the “National food safety standard project plan in 2017 (exposure draft)” after soliciting wide opinions from the society and consulting with relevant departments, China National Food Industry Association and China Consumers Association, and now solicit public opinions, the deadline for soliciting opinions is on October 15, 2017.
 
Ministry of Agriculture solicited public opinions on the national food safety standards including maximum residue limits of pesticide and method for determination of pesticide residue, etc.

 
According to the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Law of the People's Republic of China on Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products" and other relevant provisions, the Ministry of Agriculture organized to prepare the national food safety standards including "Maximum residue limits of 71 kinds of pesticide including abamectin in foods (exposure draft)", "Maximum residue limits of 59 kinds of pesticide including benzoenoxazole in foods (exposure draft)” and ”Determination of the residual amount of glufosinate in plant-derived foods Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (exposure draft)”, etc.. Now solicit public opinions and the deadline for soliciting opinions is on October 31, 2017.

China National Standardization of Food & Fermentation issued to solicit opinions on national standard “Rice wine” (exposure draft)

According to the formulation and revision plan of Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China (Document No. 88, 2014 of Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China), "Rice wine" (plan No.: 2142736-T-607) is listed in the formulation and revision plan, which is under the jurisdiction of the National Committee on the Standardization of Wine Brewing Technology Committee. Drafting group organized to complete the exposure draft of this standard in accordance with the standard formulation working procedures, and now solicit wide opinions to relevant industry departments, associations, production, sales, research, testing, users and other units. And the deadline for soliciting opinions is on November 15, 2017.

Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China announced the invalidation of the second batch of documents
