However, the current rise of these product groups has so far had no significant influence on the popularity of sprouts. The sprouts of the Swiss wholesaler have been sourced from a nearby, specialized producer for many years. Depending on the season and availability, different organic products on offer. Currently, the special mix with radishes, onions and kohlrabi is very much in demand. "The need for sprouts is still great, at least within our clientele, because of course it is also a product group that matches the trend of healthy diet food," says the Sales Department.
