Based in Mississauga, Club Des Millionnaires is a Canadian food brand that offers canned sardines and anchovies.
Its products include Small – Petits, a canned sardine product that bears the tagline, ‘Fish She is Very Small.’

Established in 2011 under the Jim Pattison Group of Companies, Ocean Brands has been engaged in providing innovative foods to Canadian consumers. With an annual revenue of C$10.1bn ($7.7bn) and 45,000 employees, Jim Pattison Group is reported to be the second largest private company in Canada. It currently has 605 offices located in various regions worldwide.
US-based BDO Transaction Advisory Services was selected as the exclusive financial advisor to Harold T. Griffin for the deal.
Ocean Brands supplies canned salmon and albacore tuna in Canada under the Gold Seal and Ocean’s brands. The Gold Seal brand was acquired by the company in 2014 in a bid to strengthen its market share in the seafood category. Launched in 1906, the brand unveiled its No Drain Tuna line in 2010.
Ocean’s product line includes SnacKit, FAD Free Flavoured Tuna, Pole&Line Tuna and Salads.
