Garden Highway One Pot Kits are available in a variety of blends, including Minestrone Soup Kit, Spring Stew Kit, Marinara Kit, Pot Roast Kit, and White Bean Chili Kit. Each Kit contains vegetables, herbs, and other components needed to place into the vessel of the consumers choice. RFG also added that Garden Highway One Pot Kits can be used as a standalone vegetarian dish or enhanced with protein at the consumer’s discretion.
The kits are packed in a square, inline container and therefore fit well into produce displays and display shelves, according to the company. They also have a clear label displaying the Garden Highway logo, while customers are able to view the vegetables in the transparent container.
“Generations from Boomers to Millennials to Gen Z recognize and embrace the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, however have limited time throughout the day to dedicate to preparing and cooking,” said James Naaman, SVP national sales for RFG. “At Renaissance Food Group, we have created an on-trend meal solution that doesn’t make the consumer choose between health and convenience.”
Garden Highway One Pot Kits will be on display and for sample in the Calavo Growers / Renaissance Food Group booth #1543 at the upcoming PMA Fresh Summit in Orlando.
Renaissance Food Group will also feature Garden Highway Veggie Noodles, Veggie Noodle Stir Fries, and Veggie “Rice” bowls at Fresh Summit.
