Foodpanda’s delivery partner network India’s largest
Foodpanda now boasts of the largest delivery partner network in India, with over 1,25,000 delivery partners. By 2020, it aims to grow the network to 5,00,000.
In just over a month, it crossed its onboarding target of 60,000 additional delivery partners in two months. The target was achieved on the back of increased demand on its platform and rapid geographic expansion ahead, and Foodpanda became the country’s largest food delivery network.
Bengaluru’s Malleswaram Dhananjaya, the platform’s 1,25,000th delivery partner, was felicitated at an onboarding session for delivery partners recently. Speaking on the milestone, Jivrajka said, “Delivery partners are key to our mission of bringing the best food experience from our restaurant partners to our consumers. With India’s largest network of 125,000-plus delivery partners, we are best positioned to serve a billion Indians.”
He added, “Foodpanda is committed to creating over 5,00,000 opportunities for delivery partners over the next couple of years. We have also brought together Ola’s superior onboarding processes, technology and 24x7 support for Foodpanda delivery partners, for the first time in this industry, helping build an unmatched experience for them.”
Foodpanda is the only platform that empowers delivery partners with technology that lets them log in and off the platform according to their convenience, allowing them to earn more in line with demand cycles. With superior technology from the Ola ecosystem, a robust back end for onboarding partners as well as dedicated support systems like a 24x7 helpline for partners in addition to walk-in centres for single window support, Foodpanda continues to raise the bar on partner experience in the industry.
