For almost ten years now, Dutch produce wholesaler, Kuperus Foods has been supplying black garlic. They offer this product in whole heads, peeled cloves, and powder. "We now have many ambassadors who simply cannot do without black garlic. They use it in all their dishes. It is a natural flavor enhancer. So, it gives all these dishes much more body", says owner, Anne Kuperus.
"From now on, black garlic is also easier to use, thanks to our new puree. This puree is made from black garlic and water. It is then heat-sealed. We, therefore, do not add a single e-number to make this puree", emphasizes Anne.

The black garlic's taste is best described as soya-like. It has the sweetness of raisins and the slightly acidic flavor of balsamico. The whole taste sensation is rounded off with a hint of garlic. The puree is available in 100 gram, as well as one and 10kg, sizes.
