With the beginning of school in spring, the temperature is gradually rising, the canteen is restored, and school food safety has entered a high-risk period. The Office of the Leading Group of the National Students Nutrition Improvement Program for National Compulsory Education issued the No. 1 warning in 2019.
1. Educational administrations around the country, together with health and market supervision departments, should carry out a comprehensive inspection before school canteen meals, strengthen the supervision of school food safety, truly achieve "bright kitchen and bright stove" without dead ends, and timely rectify, supervise the implementation, and solve the problems.
2. Primary and secondary school principals and kindergarten principals should strictly implement school food safety management regulations, organize and prepare school meals, strictly implement the post personnel certification system, and ensure the safety and controllability of key links such as food procurement, storage, processing, sample retention and distribution in school canteens.
3. Teachers should strengthen the health observation of returning students, prevent foodborne diseases from entering the campus, strengthen food safety education for students, and strictly implement the accompanying meal system.
4. Students should develop good personal hygiene habits, eat safely and reasonably, not eat in unlicensed catering units, mobile vendors, and not buy "three-nothing" food.
5. Parents should ensure the safety and nutrition of students and children's family diets, actively assume the responsibility of family safety education, and do a good job of home-school communication.
