In order to combat the rapid oxidisation, depending on each fruit or vegetable, some creations must be made within several minutes. For others, Kishimoto who says it can take up to an hour for broccoli and up to two hours for an avocado.

Asked what he does with the creations after finishing them, Kishimoto said: ‘I carve and eat it.’
