Ark Foods, a modern-day farming company, is excited to announce that its new Chopped Salad Kits, part of its Clean Label Eats line of products, are now available nationwide.
The kits come in four varieties: Caesar-ish Kale, Crunchy Sesame Ramen, Southern BBQ Ranch and Sweet Kale Lemon Poppyseed. These flavors are built upon a mix of hearty greens and include vibrant, crunchy toppings and clean-label dressings. The plant-based salads are all non-GMO verified, pre-washed and ready to eat.
Caesar-ish Kale and Crunchy Sesame Ramen are two of the new salad kit flavors.
“Salad kits have seen double-digit growth over the past year,” said Noah Robbins, founder and CEO. “We focused our R&D efforts to deliver a line of Chopped Salad Kits that consumers have not yet experienced.”
The kits provide shoppers with fresh, simple ingredient options and deliver a twist to familiar salad offerings, showcasing clean ingredients and the company’s commitment to feeding curious minds.
“Our kits are created with innovation in mind,” said Robbins. “We aim to surpass shoppers’ expectations using flavor profiles that stand out while still focusing on health and wellness, rather than simply recreate what they can already buy.”
Ark Foods has also unveiled its other new creation: the Korean BBQ Stir Fry Kit. The Stir Fry Kit has launched on the West Coast, with national distribution soon to follow.
Capturing the flavors of the popular Korean Barbecue trend, the kit contains farm-fresh vegetables with a sweet, flavorful sauce packet and a pre-cooked rice packet and is bundled to deliver a meal solution ready in minutes.
The creation of the Korean BBQ Stir Fry Kit resulted from a year-long research and development process. The R&D team at Ark Foods has honed in on the essence of Korean BBQ, crafting a kit that allows for a complete family meal with minimal prep time.
“Our R&D team has closely followed the growth of the Korean BBQ trend, both on restaurant menus and in home kitchens nationwide,” said Robbins. “We knew that this kit's sweet and savory mix and crispy texture would be a hit and we can't wait to see consumers across the country enjoying it.”
While the Chopped Salad Kits are being released nationwide, the Korean Stir Fry kit will be available currently on the West Coast only.
