According to the company, Hefty Slider Bags feature a re-engineered seal with the patented MaxLock track design to keep the bag secure, whether it's shaken, dropped or stacked.
Marketing, waste and storage vice president Jeff Wilkison said new the patented MaxLock track design on Hefty Slider Bags provides security in knowing the bags will stay sealed.
The company claimed that the new bags have twice the stronger seals than Ziploc bags. It noted that new Hefty Slider Bags were tested extensively using American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards to verify their superior seal strength.
Reynolds Consumer Products is based in Lake Forest, Illinois, and its brand family of products includes parchment paper, pan lining paper, oven bags, slow cooker liners, baking cups, and Cut-Rite wax paper.
