Core Tip: Australian dairy company Mundella Foods has announced that it is implementing Intelex software to achieve Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level 3 certification, as a part of its effort to ensure food safety.
The company noted that it will be using Intelex's web-based food safety applications to ensure comprehensive and sustained SQF compliance.

In particular, Mundella will use Intelex tools to streamline and integrate data related to sensory testing, microbiological testing, hold/release reporting, and corrective and preventive action reporting, as well as consolidate all requisite documentation through a centralized document control repository.

SQF is a globally recognized, voluntary standard for food and beverage companies that builds on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) processes. It is designed to minimize food recalls and improve food safety by ensuring 'farm to fork' accountability.

Intelex develops environmental, health, safety and quality management software, in order to help clients comply with food safety regulations.
