Anil Group’s brand forays into gelato parlour format with Amazo Gelateria

Core Tip: Anil Group’s multi-cuisine restaurant brand Amazo will now serve gelato in a new format called Amazo Gelateria Parlour.
The company has launched its parlours at Maninagar, Bopal and Café Cabana (Kensville Golf Academy) in addition to its existing chain of gelaterias in Ahmedabad. Apart from the existing offerings of gelato and sorbets, Amazo has recently launched new flavours of mango cheese cake, mango vanilla and Alphonso mango (sorbet). 

The official spokesperson of the venture says, “Anil Group has always been known for excellence in all its products and services. Amazo is an ambitious B2C venture of this group. Our objective of venturing into gelato parlours is to serve gelatos to the premium taste lovers and connoisseurs of this recipe people who know the difference between an ordinary ice cream and a gelato.”

Amazo’s Gelato Parlours have a menu with unique combinations including variants of gelatos, shakes and tasty quick snacks. Made from fresh & natural ingredients, gelato, which has up to 66% less fat as compared to conventional ice-cream, is widely accepted as the first choice of people. 

Apart from the conventional range of gelato, which includes Orange Cookie, Vanilla Antica, Cheesy Strawberry and Rose; Amazo also offers exotic flavours like the Ferrero Rocher, Belgium Chocolate, Hazelnut, Chocolate Brownie, Cheese Cake and Caramel Latte.
